What gets deleted, and what we keep
- Closed at once: your login and your access to every organisation. You are signed out everywhere and cannot sign back in.
- Wiped after 30 days: your name, email address, phone number and profile photo. Until then the platform team can undo a mistaken request. After that it cannot be undone.
- Kept for 5 years: your organisation's accounting records (invoices, payments, journals, payslips, tax filings), as Australian tax law requires. They show you as "Former member".
- If you already have the app: the same closure flow is available in-app under Settings → Account → Close account, and on the web under your Profile page — this page exists for people who do not have or want the app installed, as required by Google Play.
Already signed in? Closing your account directly, from the app or the web app, takes effect immediately. This form is for anyone who cannot or does not want to sign in — we will action it manually within a few business days.
